Wolfgang studied business administration at the University of Business Administration(WU Wien) with a focus on Human Resources and IT. In 1997 he started working atOracle as a technical consultant. In 2000, he moved to HR and has been working in different HR functions since then. In 2009 he took over the responsibility for all HR employees in Eastern Europe& CIS. Within his new extended role as a Regional Senior HR Director for Eastern Europe &CIS region Middles East Africa & Israel he is responsible for more than 40countries and acting as HR Business Partner for Sales and in Eastern Europe& CIS plus Middle East and Africa (ECEMEA).
